One in four foreign overnight stays in April was recorded in municipality Ljubljana
In April, tourist accommodation establishments recorded 440,000 tourist arrivals or 17% more than a year ago and over a million overnight stays or 13% more than a year ago. Tourists spent most nights in municipalities Ljubljana, Piran and Bled.

Diversity of first and family names is increasing
Residents of Slovenia have more than 61,000 different first names. 70% of them are unique and only 26 (18 male and 8 female) appear 10,000 times or more. The most common are Franc and Marija, but they are losing their lead.
