Municipality Sveta Trojica v Slov. goricah, which is part of the Podravska statistical region, measures 26 km2; this ranks it 188th among Slovene municipalities.

At the end of 2008 about 2,200 people (about 1,100 men and 1,100 women) were living in the municipality, which ranks Sveta Trojica v Slov. goricah 176th among Slovene municipalities.
