66.3% of persons in paid employment covered by collective agreements at the national level
Data on the shares of persons in paid employment covered by collective agreements at the national level are available in the SiStat Database.
In the SiStat Database, we publish data on the shares of persons in paid employment covered by collective agreements at the national level in October 2023 and October 2024. They are published by activities, gender, age groups and size classes of business entities.
The share of persons in paid employment covered by collective agreements at the national level was 66.3% last October. In the previous year, it was slightly lower, at 65.0%.
The share was the highest in public administration and defence, compulsory social security (96.6%), and the lowest in information and communication (16.0%). As regards gender, women had a higher share (73.6%) than men (60.2%).
