Heroes of Slovenia is an educational multiplayer mobile game taking place in imaginary Slovenia. The goal of the game is to present to users Slovenia and statistical data on Slovenia as well as to promote the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia.

Heroes of Slovenia is a multiplayer quiz with beautiful graphics and interesting characters from Slovene literature and mythology. The goal of the game is to present Slovenia and statistical data on Slovenia in fun and interactive way. The game includes content from Slovene history, geography, culture and literature, and statistical data from the Eurostat project Data collection for sub-national statistics (mainly cities) published in the Eurostat Database.

Help Dr Edvard Valvazor explore Slovenia
In the future Dr Edvard Valvazor explores the Slovene past. To facilitate his study of history, he develops a simulation of Slovenia. Now he needs explorers to send them to one of the twelve Slovene regions within the simulation to collect for him information on Slovenia. Before starting the adventure, each explorer can select one of the nine Slovene heroes, e.g. Martin Krpan, Kekec, kralj Matjaž, Mojca Pokrajculja, etc., to help them.
Together with others who end up in the same region, explorers compete with those who end up in other regions in their knowledge of Slovenia. They collect raw material and invest it in the development of the common city within the simulation. The game lasts seven days and the city or region that develops the most in this period (from pre-history to the future) wins. At the moment the game covers over 2,000 questions exclusively on Slovenia.
The game Heroes of Slovenia can be played in two ways. The player can challenge one of the other eleven regions and competes with players for raw material or the player can compete with a random player, irrespective of the region that player belongs to. In the second mode the player who wins receives as a prize only golden coins (monetary unit) and points for victory.
Heroes of Slovenia is available for devices using iOS (Apple) and Android operating systems.
