Record-high user satisfaction
Overall satisfaction with SURS’s products and services reached an average score of 8.4, trust in the institution 8.8, and trust in the data 8.7. These are the highest scores since SURS began systematically monitoring user satisfaction and needs.
By regularly monitoring user satisfaction and needs, SURS continuously strives to improve its products and services. A report presenting the key findings for 2024 is now available.
