The number of persons in employment up again
In November 2021, there were more than 913,400 persons in employment, which was again the highest number. This time, their number increased the most in education, while the majority of persons in paid employment in this activity had a contract for an indefinite period (80.2%).

The value of roundwood purchased in November 2021 higher than a year ago
In November 2021, EUR 6.1 million of roundwood was purchased from private owners in Slovenia, which is about 1% more than in the previous month and about 19% more than a year ago.

Producer prices of agricultural products higher also in November 2021
In November 2021, the producer prices of agricultural products were on average 20.1% higher than in November 2020. The value of agricultural products purchased in November 2021 was 25.4% higher than in November 2020 and 17.7% lower than in October 2021.

Agricultural input prices up again
In November 2021, the agricultural input prices were on average 2.8% higher than in October 2021. The prices of goods and services currently consumed in agriculture increased on average by 3.6% and the prices of goods and services contributing to agricultural investment by 0.8%.

Further strengthening of road goods transport in the 3rd quarter 2021, annual increase by 8%
In the 3rd quarter of 2021, road goods vehicles carried more goods than in the 3rd quarter of 2020, the further increase of goods carried by road continues. The total amount of goods carried reached the peak, exceeding 26 million tonnes.

Using the mechanism of statistical transfer of renewable energy, the share of energy from renewable sources in gross final energy consumption reached the target value of 25% in 2020.
