2020 – the year when the residents of Slovenia went on the fewest private trips during vacations
In the 3rd quarter of 2020 domestic tourists generated 4.1 million overnight stays (69% of all tourist overnight stays in this period). 60% of all domestic tourist overnight stays were generated in only ten municipalities; Piran was the most popular, followed by Kranjska Gora and Izola.
