In August 2019 in port traffic 13% more goods were handled than a year ago

 In the Port of Koper 1,8 million tonnes of goods were handled in August 2019, 13% more than in August 2018.

In public scheduled transport (interurban and international) 8% more passenger-kilometres were made than a year ago
In August 2019, about 928,700 passengers were carried by buses in public scheduled transport (interurban and international), which is 4% more than in August 2018. At that 17 million passenger-kilometres were made, which is 8% more than in August 2018.
In August 2019 buses in urban scheduled public transport carried 2.8 million passengers, which is the same number than in August 2018.

In airport traffic 5% more passengers than a year ago
In August 2019, about 211,600 passengers travelled through Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport, 5% more than in August 2018.
In August 2019, about 131,500 passengers were carried by the biggest Slovenian air carrier, 6% fewer than in August 2018. With its planes 126.1 million passenger-kilometres were performed (16% less in the same comparison).

In port traffic 13% more passengers than a year ago
In August 2019, about 28,300 passengers were recorded in Slovenian ports, which is 13% more than in August 2018.
In the Port of Koper 1,8 million tonnes of goods were handled in August 2019, 13% more than in August 2018.

In Slovenia almost 10,200 road motor vehicles registered for the first time
In August 2019, almost 10,200 road motor vehicles were registered for the first time in Slovenia. Of these almost 7,700 were passenger cars registered for the first time, which is 10% less than in August 2018. About 5,000 were new passenger cars registered for the first time in Slovenia.

In the 2nd quarter of 2019, 3% more passengers carried by rail and 6% more passenger-kilometres performed than in the same period of 2018
In the 2nd quarter of 2019 almost 3.4 million passengers were carried by Slovene trains, i.e. 3% more than in the 2nd quarter of 2018. 180.6 million passenger-kilometres were performed, i.e. 6% more than in the 2nd quarter of 2018.
In the 2nd quarter of 2019, 5.4 million tonnes of goods were carried by rail and 1.3 billion tonne-kilometres were performed, which is 3% decrease of goods expressed in tonnes and a 2% decrease expressed in tonne-kilometres compared to the 2nd quarter of 2018.

In the 2nd quarter of 2019, 8% more tonne-kilometres performed by road than in the same period of 2018
From April to June 2019 road goods motor vehicles registered in Slovenia carried 24.3 million tonnes of goods and by that performed 6.2 billion tonne-kilometres, which is a 12% increase expressed in tonnes and an 8% increase expressed in tonne-kilometres compared to the 2nd quarter of 2018.
