In 2018 Slovenia produced 1,746 tons of honey, approximately twice as much as in the previous year
This year is the second time we celebrate the World Bee Day. In 2018 Slovenia produced 1,746 tons of honey and the price reached nearly EUR 10 per kilogram. In the last ten years the number of beekeepers has been increasing.
