The value of roundwood purchased in March 2017 59% higher than in March 2016

Roundwood purchased from private owners in March 2017 was worth EUR 6.2 million; the value was more than 52% higher than in February 2017 and more than 59% higher than in February 2016.

The value of roundwood purchased from private owners in March 2017 higher than in the previous month
 
Roundwood purchased from private owners in March 2017 was worth EUR 6.2 million, which is more than 52% more than in the previous month (mainly due to the higher quantity of purchased wood). The value of purchased sawlogs and veneer logs was higher by almost 51% and of pulpwood by almost 40%. The value of purchased other industrial roundwood was higher by 170% and of wood fuel by about 85%.

The value of roundwood purchased from private owners in March 2017 was about 59% higher than in March 2016, mainly due to the higher quantity of purchased wood. The value of purchased sawlogs and veneer logs was higher by almost 63% and of pulpwood by 55%. The value of  purchased wood fuel and of other industrial roundwood was higher by about 8% and 116%, respectively.
