21% of persons in paid employment with base earnings and allowances per hour at over 95% up to 105% of minimum wage
Data on the shares of persons in paid employment according to various aggregates of gross earnings components per paid hour, expressed as a proportion of the gross minimum wage per paid hour, are available in the SiStat Database.
In the SiStat Database, we publish for October 2023 and October 2024 data on the shares of persons in paid employment according to various aggregates of gross earnings components per paid hour, expressed as a proportion of the gross minimum wage per paid hour. They are published by activities, gender, age groups and size classes of business entities.
In October 2024, 21.0% of persons in paid employment received combined base gross earnings per paid hour and earnings supplements per paid hour in the amount of more than 95% up to and including 105% of the minimum gross wage per paid hour. Taking into account all components of earnings per paid hour, the share was 6.9%. In the previous year, both shares were slightly higher – at 26.3% and 11.0%, respectively.
