Average earnings slightly higher than earnings for August
Compared to earnings for August, average gross and net earnings for September were higher – in nominal terms by 0.7% and in real terms by 1.1%.

Average earnings for September 2025 amounted to EUR 2,506.67 gross and EUR 1,573.05 net. Compared to earnings for August, they were higher in nominal terms by 0.7% and in real terms by 1.1%.
Compared to earnings for September of the previous year, average earnings also went up – gross earnings in nominal terms by 7.0% (and in real terms by 4.3%), and net earnings in nominal terms by 5.8% (and in real terms by 3.1%).
Earnings higher in both sectors
Average gross earnings were higher than earnings for August in both sectors – in the private sector by 0.9% and in the public sector by 0.2%.
The highest in electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply
On average, the highest earnings for September were paid in electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply (EUR 3,440.52 gross and EUR 2,090.93 net), and the lowest in accommodation and food service activities (EUR 1,832.15 gross and EUR 1,187.36 net) and in administrative and support service activities (EUR 1,833.93 gross and EUR 1,183.18 net).
