In the last decade, production of bread cereals was relatively stable. The number of poultry reached 6.5 million. Each resident of Slovenia had 143 kg of fruit and 113 kg of cereals available in 2024. Basic food prices were higher than in 2019. In 2022, households spent the most on meat and bread.
