User satisfaction survey

The Statistical Office continuously strives to improve its products and services by regularly monitoring user satisfaction and needs. Help us by assessing our work.
We are regularly monitoring user satisfaction and needs with the help of various methods and tools. Users’ responses are very important for us since they can help us improve our products and services.
One way to monitor user satisfaction is through a survey. The purpose of this survey is to learn about the current habits and needs of our users. At the same time, with the survey we offer to a wide circle of users the possibility to inform us about their opinions regarding our work and to propose improvements.

Last year, the survey was answered by 1,169 individuals, 60% of them women and 40% men. Results showed that most respondents used SURS’s data for business and personal purposes (38% each), 13% for study purposes, and 9% for research. The majority used the SiStat Database (68%), followed by reading releases on the website and using the Names and Birthdays app (both 40%).
On the scale from 1 to 10, general satisfaction was assessed with an average score of 8.0. The average score for SURS meeting their expectations was 7.9, and for recommending SURS as a source of statistical data 8.6.
Based on the results and responses obtained through the survey and other methods, we prepare actions for improving data dissemination and communication.
