High user satisfaction and trust in SURS
Overall satisfaction with SURS's products and services remains at a high level of 8.3, the same as in 2021. Trust in SURS as an institution has increased compared to the previous year, from 8.6 in 2021 to 8.7 in 2022. The most visited are the stat.si website and the SiStat Database.
By regularly monitoring the satisfaction and needs of its users, the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia (SURS) is constantly striving to improve its products and services. We invite you to view the Report on monitoring the satisfaction and needs of users of SURS's in 2022.
