Business registrations and bankruptcy data, April 2023
Fewer bankruptcies in all comparisons
In April, the number of bankruptcies went down by more than a quarter at the monthly level, but there were no major changes in registrations.
The number of registrations increased in all comparisons: compared to the previous month by 0.8%, to April 2022 by 9.8% and to the average of 2015 by 22.1%.
There were fewer bankruptcies at all levels: monthly by 27.7%, compared to April 2022 by 5.7% and compared to the average of 2015 by 24.3%.Tables with the latest data are available in the SiStat Database.
