Average (monthly) gross earnings for 2022 the highest in financial and insurance activities
Average gross earnings for 2022 were the highest in financial and insurance activities (EUR 2,966.55), followed by earnings in electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply (EUR 2,948.04). They were the lowest in administrative and support service activities (EUR 1,436.94).
Average (monthly) earnings for 2022 higher than the national average only in two statistical regions
Average gross earnings for 2022 were higher than the national average only in the Osrednjeslovenska statistical region (by 10.4%) and in the statistical region Jugovzhodna Slovenija (by 0.8%).
Average monthly earnings in enterprises employing persons with disabilities higher in nominal terms and lower in real terms than in the previous year
Average gross earnings in enterprises employing persons with disabilities for 2022 amounted to EUR 1,574.83. Compared to earnings for the previous year, they were higher in nominal terms by 5.9% and lower in real terms by 2.7%. Net earnings amounted to EUR 1,059.15; compared to earnings for 2021, they were higher in nominal terms by 6.4% and lower in real terms by 2.2%. Compared to average earnings of persons employed by all legal persons in Slovenia for 2022 (which amounted to EUR 2,023.92 gross and EUR 1,318.64 net), they were significantly lower (by 22.2% gross and by 19.7% net).
