Higher value of roundwood purchased in September

The total value of roundwood purchased from private forests in September was compared to August higher by 41.4%, and year-on-year by 35.4%.

Roundwood purchase value higher year-on-year …

The value of roundwood purchased from private forests increased in total by 35.4% compared to September last year. Except for the 13.0% lower value of pulpwood, all the other main categories recorded a significant increase.

… as well as month-on-month

Month-on-month, the total value increased by 41.4%. Compared to August, the volume of purchased roundwood was higher in all main categories. The highest increase was recorded at fuelwood with 62.0% in volume and 58.3% in value.
