Average gross earnings for June 2018 0.6% lower than gross earnings for May 2018
Average gross earnings for June 2018 amounted to EUR 1,654.00. Compared to earnings for May 2018 they were lower in nominal and in real terms by 0.6%. Compared to earnings for the first half of 2017, average monthly gross earnings for the first half of 2018 increased in real terms by 2.0%.

In the second quarter of 2018, the number of job vacancies and occupied posts increased again in Slovenia. The job vacancy rate was 2.6%; it was the highest in accommodation and food service activities, amounting to 7.4%.
