In 2007 travel agencies organised travels and trips for 843,900 domestic tourists, 186,972 domestic same-day visitors and 190,865 foreign tourists.

Domestic tourists travel predominantly to Croatia
In 2007 travel agencies organised travels with at least one night spent as well, namely for 843,900 domestic tourists: 81,820 tourists travelled in Slovenia and 762,080 abroad - most of them (39.8% of tourists) to Croatia.

Domestic same-day visitors mostly travel abroad
In 2007, 186,972 domestic visitors went on same-day trips; of these 78,486 visitors went on trips organised in Slovenia and 108,486 visitors travelled abroad.

Foreign tourists travel with the assistance of Slovenian travel agencies
In 2007 Slovenian travel agencies offered their services also to 190,865 foreign tourists by having organised their travels in Slovenia. Foreign tourists spent in Slovenia on average 4.9 nights.
