administrative data collections and for implementing tasks
of national statistics.
New, detailed data on the Survey on Living Conditions are published for 2006 in the SI-STAT database.
New data as
an addition to the already published data in the First Release of 10th January
2008 have been published in 12 new tables, in which we focused on the following
topics: the kind of burden repayments of debts from hire-purchases or other
non-housing loans represent to the households; arrears on hire-purchase
instalments or other non-housing loan payments in the last 12 months due to
inability to pay; the kind of burden the total housing costs represent to the
households; and ability of households to
make ends meet.

are published in breakdowns by tenure status of household, by household type
and by household income.

More detailed data and time series are available
at the SI-STAT data portal, which enables simple browsing and exporting of data
into various formats. Registered users have the possibility to store tables for
later browsing and to sign up to be informed when data are updated
