Structure of agricultural holdings, detailed data, Slovenia, 2003 and 2005, regional data

The main results of the Farm Structure Surveys 2003 and 2005 by statistical regions (NUTS 3) are published.

Survey which is carried out as a census or as a sample survey
The Farm Structure Survey is carried out in all EU member states according to the Council Regulation (EEC) No 571/88 and its amendments. The survey is carried out as census every 10 years, while the intermediate survey can be carried out as a sample survey.

Publishing of the results at the detailed level
According to the above mentioned regulation publishing of the results is foreseen for Slovenia at the national level only. The Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia publishes the main results of the surveys 2003 and 2005 also by statistical regions (NUTS 3) on the request of Eurostat due to interest of the data users. Eurostat will publish the results at NUTS 3 level in the frame of regional data.

Data access
More detailed data and time series are available at the SI-STAT data portal, which enables simple browsing and exporting of data into various formats. Registered users have the possibility to store tables for later browsing and to sign up to be informed when data are updated
