In February 2015 the quantity of collected milk increased by more than 2% over February 2014
Compared to February 2014, the quantity of milk collected in February 2015 increased by more than 2%. Production of all dairy products decreased substantially in February 2015.

Slight increase in milk collected from farms
The total quantity of collected milk seasonally decreased (by more than 7%), but compared to February 2014 it was more than 2% higher. The quantity collected in the first two months of 2015 was almost 2% higher than in the first two months of 2014.

Strong decrease in fat content of milk, while protein content increased slightly compared to last year
Fat content decreased in both months of 2015 compared to last year, while protein content increased in both months.

Substantially decreased production of dairy products in February 2015
Compared to previous month production of dairy products decreased in February 2015. Production of drinking milk decreased the most (almost by one fifth) and production of acidified milk decreased the least (but still by more than 3%).
Also compared to production in February 2014 we recorded the fall in production. Production of butter decreased the most (almost by 19%) and production of cream decreased the least (by more than 4%).
