Compared to 2013 the total standard output of agricultural holdings increased by almost 15% (to EUR 1,159 million). An average standard output in 2016 was EUR 16,577 per holding (in 2013 it was EUR 13,944).
The share of agricultural holdings with the standard output over EUR 100,000, has increased by around 38% since 2013
According to the Farm Structure Survey data, on 1 June 2016 there were 1,552 agricultural holdings in Slovenia on which the standard output was larger than EUR 100,000. This is almost 38% more than in 2013, when there were 1,226 such agricultural holdings.
Total standard output of those agricultural holdings was in 2016 EUR 363 million, which is almost 34% more than in 2013, when total standard output vas EUR 272 million.

In addition to updated tables on standard output and typology of agricultural holdings, we also publish some new tables in the SI-STAT Database for the following topics:
- the area of arable land by the method of cultivation,

Agricultural holdings are on the basis of the identified shares of SO for particular activities in the totals on each holding classified according to prescribed criteria in the appropriate type of farming.The differences in SO coefficients for 2016 (from 2013) due to methodological updates are generally rather small. The exception is SO for vineyards for which the SO coefficients now include also wine with much higher SO than for grapes.
