Decrease of total net electricity generation in April compared to March
In April 2015 total net electricity generation was 845 GWh, compared to March 2015 decreased by 30% and consumption was 1085 GWh, compared to March 2015 decreased by 9%. Hydro power plants generation decreased by 6%, generation in the thermal power plants decreased by 1% and nuclear power plant decreased by 67%.
In line with the lower production in thermal power plants, fuel consumption in April 2015 also decreased by 7%.
In April 2015, 892 GWh of electricity was imported and 623 GWh was exported.
Decrease of energy supply in April 2015
In April 2015 supply of energy commodities in general went down with exception of Coke Oven Coke supply rise with 22%, Lignite supply rise with 8% and Other Petroleum Products supply rise with 5%. Compared with previous month we further noticed supply fell as 26% with Natural Gas, 22% with Heavy Fuel Oil, 13% with Heating and Other Gasoil and 6% with LPG.
